you will need to send us your pictures, weight and your Fitness Goal. Then A customized meal plan and workout

 

routine will be made designed specifically for you. This is very important because nobody in the world has the same

 

exact body and goals, so why would you follow a generic plan designed for nobody? In order to always see results and

 

avoid hitting a plateau you need to do what works for your body.
 

 

 



Apart from following the meal plan and exercises, we will be available for any question or concerns 7 days a week. This

 

will help you take away all the guessing, stress and uncertainty of not knowing what your next step should be and will

 

give you a clear path towards your fitness goal.

 

Example: let's say one day you're in a restaurant, and have no choice but to eat something not listed on your meal

 

plan, you can easily send us a message, and we will help you pick the best option from the menu so that you don't

 

mess up on your meal plan.  

The meal plan is the most important part of any transformation it's about 70% of your results.

Weekly you will continue to send your pictures and weight so that changes to your diet or exercises

 

can be made when necessary so that you continue to receive results. Your customized Workout Routine

 

will have video links that will show you exactly how to do every exercise correctly along with being easy to follow.
