3 Foods That Will Help You Get Summer READY

Hello ladies, summer’s right around the corner, It’s time for us to buckle down and get our bodies summer ready.  Although most of us are ready to start a diet and get the gym going, we aren’t too sure of what foods to incorporate into our diet.  We need to eat foods that will get our metabolisms running and make our bodies more efficient at burning fat. In today’s blog I will be telling you about 3 foods you should be incorporating into your diet so that you can get your metabolisms running, burn body fat and help get you summer ready.

 

 

Food#1: Egg Whites –

Egg whites are loaded with PROTIEN and they have a high bioavailability score. Having a high bioavailability score means that when you consume egg whites your body is able to absorb most of this super food and can obtain most of its benefits. Egg whites are also extremely rich in Leucine, which is one of the amino acids responsible for muscle growth.  Remember the more muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn at rest.

 

 

Food#2: Avocados –

Food#3: Asparagus –

Asparagus is packed with nutrients that benefit the body but it’s also extremely helpful for fat loss as well.   Asparagus contains a plant chemical that affects cells and breaks down fat. It also has a chemical that removes wastes from the body which in turn helps reduce fat.
