Can Fruits Be Holding You Back From Losing Weight?

If you are a person who has tried to lose weight you've probably been told that you have to eat healthier and eat your Fruits and Vegetables right? Well technically yeah you should eat your Fruits and Veggies they are definitely a healthier option compared to the junk you are used to eating, but if fat loss is what you are really striving for I would go with Waaaaayyyy more Veggies than Fruit. Even though Fruits are packed with many vitamins, many of them also contain a lot of sugar. According to the American Heart Association, the maximum amount of added sugars you should eat in a day are Men 37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons and Women 25 grams or 6 teaspoons. Exceeding your daily sugar intake really isn't that hard even if you are trying to eat clean, just one large apple alone has about 23 grams of sugar and if you add a couple of grapes, some pineapple and bananas you'll have yourself a big sugar salad and wondering why you aren't losing body fat fast enough. In Today's Blog we will list the Fruits that contain high amounts of sugar and the Fruits the contain low amounts of sugar so that you can make wiser choice on your next Fruit Salad.
