Even though thanksgiving is such a sweet holiday filled with the warmth of togetherness and love, Thanksgiving can be a tough holiday for those who are trying to live a healthy life style and reach their fitness goals. I know being tempted with your grandma's home cooking can be really hard (how can you say no).
