Make sure to get in your daily dose of fiber from berries, walnuts, almonds and Vegetables. Fiber is going to help support a healthy metabolism. It’s also going to help you stay fuller for longer so you don’t run into the trouble of over eating or snacking. They also slow down the absorption of sugar, giving you enough time to be able to burn it off.
So take the time to stop and think about the foods that you are incorporating into your daily meal plan.
